Nick is a director, choreographer, and creative director specializing in bringing musical productions and large-scale artistic experiences to life. His work is rooted in storytelling that is both emotionally grounded and visually compelling, earning regional recognition and acclaim across the Northeast.

As a director and choreographer, Nick leads actors and dancers through a process of organic discovery in the rehearsal room. He prioritizes collaboration over prescription, guiding performers to make choices that serve the story while remaining responsive to the ensemble. By fostering a culture of curiosity, conversation, and shared ownership, he ensures that every artist understands their role in the storytelling and feels empowered to contribute with intention.

As a creative director, Nick expands this same philosophy beyond the stage, shaping the full artistic vision of productions, programs, and community-based initiatives. His work bridges performance, design, audience experience, and institutional storytelling, creating cohesive artistic ecosystems that extend from rehearsal room to audience engagement. Whether developing new programming, leading multi-organizational collaborations, or curating immersive experiences, he approaches each project with a focus on narrative clarity, accessibility, and impact.

Nick’s creative process is grounded in a text-first approach, treating the script as the foundation for all artistic decisions. For Nick, creative direction is both an artistic and ethical responsibility, honoring the source material while finding innovative ways to connect it with contemporary audiences.

During his four years at Westinghouse Arts Academy, Nick’s artistic leadership guided the program to extraordinary achievement at the Gene Kelly Awards for Excellence in High School Musical Theatre. His productions earned twenty awards, including four consecutive Best Musical titles from 2022 through 2025 in their respective categories.

Nick’s work extends beyond individual productions into broader creative leadership within the Arts & Culture sector.
